Above: One of the most memorable video portraits at the Biennale di Venezia this year.
July this year, I had the oppourtunity to visit the 2009 Venice Biennale Art Fair, which brings some of the world’s greatest artist, all in the romantic, floating city. Together with Andrea and Olivia, we set off for a great week.

Above: The private beaches at Lido, amazing part of Venice to get away from it all.

Above: Coloured rooms of great vibrancy.

Above: I think about 70,000 VHS, shipped from Australia!.

Above: Our own little art piece. A lot of postcards were made, with the combination of water images and Venice, while the images are blatantly obvious that it is not Venice. We left the card to a random postbox in Venice, hopefully they understand.

Above: The restaurants, the bars, the bridges, the water, the boats, I miss it all.

Above: This is why I miss Italy, and especially Venice, the water vapours just does amazing things to the scenery.
