<p>If you&#8217;re in <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gothenburg" target="_blank">Gothenburg</a> <a class="wpsulink_none" href="http://www.stumbleupon.com/url/http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gothenburg" target="_blank"><span></span></a>, be sure to stop by and pick up some of these babies. <a href="http://www.neuhaus.be" target="_blank">Neuhaus is a Belgian chocolate company,</a> <a class="wpsulink_none" href="http://www.stumbleupon.com/url/http://www.neuhaus.be" target="_blank"><span></span></a> which originated from Switzerland. The dark chocolates and truffles and amazing. One thing I learned, is the difference between truffles (the funghi) and chocolate truffles. Apparently, the chocolate truffles are named after the fungus only because of its physical appearance, but are two different things! Sneaky French!</p>
